About the studio

Our work begins with a simple belief: beauty should support daily life. Every project starts by understanding how a space should function, what atmosphere it should hold, and how it should be experienced over time.

How we work

We look for interiors that feel elegant, calm, and honest, where proportion, light, materials, and everyday use exist in harmony. Rather than chasing trends, we focus on creating homes with depth, balance, and longevity.

Founders

Sami Azrak

Co-founder

Entrepreneur and investor with an international background built between the Middle East and Spain. His work across real estate, premium building materials, and hospitality has shaped a distinctive perspective on value, operations, and long-term thinking.

His experience closest to the studio comes from Toscana Ventures in Doha, an interior design firm that led numerous turnkey projects —residential and commercial— alongside the importation and representation of international design brands and products.

Global MBA from IE Business School, MLS from Northwestern University, and a background in International Business. He brings the studio a strategic, multicultural mindset focused on building projects that endure.

Jimena López Troconis

Creative direction

Interior designer trained at the Escuela Superior de Diseño de Madrid, with experience across residential and commercial projects for clients such as Capman International, Kabalance, and La MarcaWell.

Her path includes project direction at JUUBRN, the design of residential and commercial spaces at VG Living, and an early professional chapter at Schwander Lang & Schwander Hotel Interiors in Miami.

She works with sensitivity and a rigorous coordination of multidisciplinary teams, bringing a warm and personal approach to interior design in which beauty is always placed at the service of how a space is lived.
