1. Data controller
Troconis & Azrak, an interior design and renovation studio based in Madrid (Spain), is the controller of personal data provided through this website, email or contact forms. Contact: hola@tya.es.
2. Purposes of processing
We process personal data to: (a) reply to enquiries, quotes and information requests; (b) manage the contractual relationship with clients and deliver interior design and renovation services; (c) send commercial communications or newsletters where the user has expressly consented; (d) comply with applicable legal obligations.
3. Legal basis
Legal bases for processing are the data subject's consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR) and the legitimate interest of the controller where applicable (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
4. Data retention
Data will be kept for the time required to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and to determine any liabilities arising from it. Client data will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and, once finished, for the legal periods (minimum 6 years for tax purposes).
5. Recipients
No data will be transferred to third parties except where legally required. Service providers necessary for the operation of the site (hosting, email, management tools) may access data as data processors under contract and with GDPR safeguards. No international transfers outside the EEA take place without appropriate safeguards.
6. Your rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and not to be subject to automated decisions by emailing hola@tya.es indicating the right exercised and attaching ID. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, under Art. 32 GDPR, including encrypted communications, access controls and regular backups.
8. Cookies
This site uses strictly necessary technical cookies and, where applicable, anonymous analytics cookies. No advertising tracking cookies are set without express user consent.
9. Minors
We do not knowingly process data of minors under 14. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with data, please contact hola@tya.es so we can delete it.
10. Changes
We reserve the right to amend this policy to reflect legal or case-law developments. Please review this page periodically.
